Growing up, I was immersed in the world of business. Both of my parents were business owners, and from an early age, I was helping them behind the scenes. Whether it was organiSing, problem-solving, or creating systems, I learned the value of hard work and the power of strong foundations. These experiences shaped the back-end skills that are now the backbone of Impact Management.

Starting out as a virtual assistant, I quickly realised I wanted more than just to complete tasks. I wanted to create purpose and help businesses grow in ways they hadn’t imagined. Shifting into business and event management gave me the freedom to help leaders scale their influence and build legacies that truly matter.
